Youth OUTright is seeking a person to fulfill a new role on our team: Youth Programs Director. The Youth Programs Director's primary responsibilities are to design and deliver youth programs to the organization’s weekly youth group, statewide GSA Network, and regional communities as well as supervise and support youth staff. Secondarily, the Youth Programs Director is also responsible for working in collaboration with the staff team to find, create and post content to our social media accounts that are relevant to our audience, current programs, and current events.

  • Annual Salary: $40,000

  • Paid Leave: 28 Days

  • Benefits: Medical, Dental, and Vision

  • Contract Length: 1 Year

  • Position open until filled. Start date flexible.
